Online Banking Registration Information:




The FIRST TIME you access your account information Online,

please follow the new Online Banking user setup guidelines.


You will need your 4 digit account number and full SSN number (no dashes)

Create a User ID 6-12 alphanumeric characters (contains at least 1 number )*

Password 6-32 characters (1upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, 1 special symbol.)*

The next page will ask you to choose a security picture, so you will know you have logged into our official website in the future.

Next:

Answer Only 5 security questions from the list.

Next:

Complete your full name address, phone number, email address and a password reset security question on the last page. This will be used for future password resets.

You’re Done!!

 

Next time you log in all you have to do is, log in with your new User ID and password (you will not choose the new user tab).

If you forget your password after 4 tries hit the forgot my password button, answer the password reset security question, and a email will be sent with a temporary password. Don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

If you get locked out you will need to call the office 603-625-9032 to be unlocked.


*It is important that you remember the information you enter, as your User ID and Password will be utilized as account authentication for future access.

Helpful Hints:

 Forgot your password? You no longer need to call the CU! Just click on “forgot password” located above your user ID and answer the password security question you established during setup. An email from websupport@alerts.w-w-i-s.com will be sent with a temporary password. Don’t see the email, check your spam folder. If you do get locked out of your account (4 failed logins), you will need to call the office at 603-625-9032 to be unlocked.

Online Banking Services

Need to update your personal information or email address - go to Change contact information.

Change your password.

Add Alerts: Lets you set up low balance alerts or transaction amounts.

Set up reoccurring transfers between you NH Postal Credit Union accounts-go to transfers and complete the form with the frequency of when to transfer.

Set up account nicknames: Do you have multiple accounts set up for specific savings ex: holidays, vacation, grand children or cars etc. You can set up nicknames for the account to easily identify which one is which.
