NH Postal Credit Union offers two types of Equity Loans depending on your needs.

Fixed Rate

  • Term loan one time disbursement, payments of principal and interest.

  • Terms vary from 60 months to 180 months.

  • Minimum Loan Amount $20,000

Line of Credit

  • (HELOC) Variable rate*.  Borrow as you need it, payments of interest only for the first 5 years, then 10 year repayment period of principal and interest payments.

  • Borrow up to 80% of your homes appraised value less any outstanding liens with no points or closing cost.

  • Minimum Line amount $20,000
