Home Equity Lines At An Introductory 2.75% APR*
If you have equity in your property, we have the help that you need with a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) from NH Postal CU.

  • 5-year interest only draw period and 10-year repayment period

*APR = Annual Percentage Rate.
The Introductory rate of 2.75% APR applies for the first 6 months of the loan.
After the Introductory period, the minimum rate is 5.00% APR.

Loan Rewards Program
  • Members will receive a ¼% discount from the current loan-offering rate if they have direct deposit, or establish a new direct deposit relationship, and elect to have their loan payments automatically taken from their checking or savings account.
  • In addition, if the member has a checking account and a debit card, the member receives an additional ¼% discount. If a member does not have, a checking/debit card and applies for and is approved for a checking /debit card that member will receive ¼% discount from the current offering rate.
  • A member may combine both of the above and receive a combined loan discount of ½%.
  • In the event a member cancels direct deposit or automatic payment or closes their checking/debit relationship following the loan closing, the apportioned discounted rate will be added back to the loan rate for each occurrence.

Auto Rate Match Program
  • The NHPCU will offer to match verifiable new and used auto loan rates offered to NHPCU members by any New Hampshire bank, credit union, or indirect auto financing participations funded or repurchased by credit unions and banks in New Hampshire.
  • NHPCU will match "like" terms and rates. For example, NHPCU would match a 6% APR fixed rate for 24 months from a dealer with a 6% APR fixed rate for 24 months.
  • Members must provide verification of the rate they have been offered from another New Hampshire financial institution or indirect loan through auto dealerships in New Hampshire. In the event the member is unable to obtain a written rate sheet offer, NHPCU must be able to verify the competitor's rate for which members qualify.
  • NHPCU will not match any dealer subsidized rate programs, sub vented rate programs, or lease program financing through auto manufacturing captive financing.
  • This offer is also not applicable to any "special rate" program of manufacturers' finance companies or any other rate offer that bundles the sale of the vehicle and financing together.
  • Member must meet standard credit guidelines and use or open two or more of the following services: NHPCU checking account, NHPCU debit card, Automatic loan payment at NHPCU, or Direct Deposit to NHPCU.
  • Existing NHPCU auto loans are not eligible. Auto loans financed with another NH lender or through an indirect lending dealership plan during the last thirty days will be eligible for the Auto Rate Match Program.
  • NHPCU reserves the right to discontinue or modify this offer at any time without notice.
